This program was designed for clients who are new to coaching and who want to create a plan and toolkit to reach specific goals. In four sessions we will identify your goals and challenges, build out a plan of action, test the plan, and measure the results. This offering is to create new and productive habits that can be used in a variety of ways in your life.
It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meetings of a need to cancel. Sessions are non refundable.
